DESCRIPTION
Scotsburn Dairy Group, a leading processor and distributor of fresh quality dairy products and ice cream in Atlantic Canada, requires an experienced Stationary Engineer 4th Class for its novelty production facility located in Saint John, New Brunswick.

RESPONSIBILITIES / QUALIFICATIONS:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:
• Performing regular boiler operative and preventative maintenance duties
• Maintaining, monitoring, testing and repairing boiler
• Maintaining performance, quality and safety documentation
• Improving plant efficiency via monitoring and adjustments
• Troubleshooting and carrying out corrective actions for mechanical breakdown
• Plant maintenance as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Refrigeration experience considered an asset
• Experience in mechanical engineering and the use of computerized process control systems will be a definite asset
• Ability to effectively communicate and work well with others
• Working knowledge of HACCP considered an asset
• A strong commitment to occupational health and safety standards and procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and skills
