FREEZING DAIRY PRODUCTS
#
Can I freeze refrigerated dairy products like milk and cottage cheese?

We do not recommend freezing our refrigerated products as freezing
affects the texture. Many products, when thawed, are best used in mixed or prepared products.Products that can be successfully frozen include: milk, butter, drinks and Little Squirts. You can also successfully freeze buttermilk
and egg nog, but these need to be shaken prior to use.

We do not recommend freezing:
Creams (10%, 18%, 35%), sour cream, milkers, creamers, cottage cheese
or dips.

Please Note: Do not freeze product for longer than 2 months and thaw the product in the fridge.
